In short
This website sells nothing, has no user accounts, no newsletter and no analytics or tracking tools. Fonts are hosted on this server, not loaded from Google or Adobe. Personal data is only processed as described below.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (Cloudflare Pages). When you open a page, your browser sends technical data to Cloudflare's servers: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system. Cloudflare needs this data to deliver the website and to protect it against attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, working website). Cookies
This website itself sets only one cookie: after you enter the password on the archive page, a cookie (“archive_access”) remembers that for 30 days, so you don’t have to type it again. It contains no personal data and is technically necessary (§ 25(2) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Embedded players may set their own cookies once you load them, see below.
Embedded videos and music
Some pages show videos and a playlist from other services. They are not loaded when the page opens: you see a placeholder first, and only when you click “Load” does your browser connect to that service. The service then receives at least your IP address and the page you are on, and may store cookies or similar data in your browser. Legal basis: your consent (§ 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by the click.
If you tick “Always load”, your browser remembers this choice for that service (an entry “embed-consent” in local storage, no personal data), and its players load straight away on later visits. You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting this website’s data in your browser settings.
Vimeo (book pages): Vimeo.com, Inc., 330 West 34th Street, New York, NY 10001, USA. The player is embedded with “do not track”, so Vimeo should not set tracking cookies. Data may be transferred to the USA. More: vimeo.com/privacy

Links to other websites
Links to shops, Instagram, Dropbox (archive PDFs) and other sites only send data to them when you click. Their own privacy policies apply there.
If you write to us, we use your address and message only to answer you, and delete them when they are no longer needed. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing and to receive it in a portable format (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Just write to the email address above. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen (ldi.nrw.de).
